At this Vital Conversation, we bring together employers, service providers, and job seekers to discuss and explore ways to create more inclusive workplaces. Expect keynote speakers, panel discussions, and information kiosks offering valuable community resources and pathways to employment. Keynote Speakers: Hear more about best workplace practices from an industry employer. This segment will also feature an employee’s career journey, spotlighting insights into successful workplace strategies that job seekers can leverage. Panel Discussions: The discussions will be led by community champions working to create inclusive employment opportunities. The conversation will raise awareness about real-world barriers to employment and highlight solutions for building more inclusive workplaces. This segment will also offer you the chance to participate in a Q&A session. Information Kiosks: Opportunities to connect with community resources specializing in pathways to employment and skill development, as well as potential employers.
