What does launching a new LampPost mean?
Starting LampPost in a new city is mostly based around three activities:
1) Hosting events
2) Finding events from different sources
3) Writing two weekly newsletters
1. The right candidate
The ideal 'LampPoster' is social and knows how to make people feel connected, loves hosting events & bringing people together, and most importantly - values hard work.
2. The skills
If you're a social butterfly, then you're already qualified for the job! Building, technology, and business infrastructure is already taken care of, leaving you free to host events and do the fun stuff!

3. The drive
While we've done a lot of the heavy lifting for you already, starting a new thing off the ground isn't easy. The ideal person would be motivated to not only build a new thing, but make it succeed.
