Declan MClennan - Music Under the Garry Oak

I’m a musician from Seattle, studying here on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples. My work is heavily inspired by the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, specifically, the Olympic Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. I attempt to weave a love of ecology and storytelling into song, capturing the crossroads many experience in their youth. While it’s hard to pinpoint an exact style, my sound is based in folk and rock roots, but I remain curious to the exploration of different styles and genres. I’m thrilled to share a few songs from my discography while also performing a selection of covers that resonate with me
