Wild Prose Reading Series presents: Cult Lit, with Carly Butler, Sonja Larsen, and Kyeren Regehr at Paul Phillips Hall, 1923 Fernwood Road Doors: 6:30 Open Mic: 7:00 Featured readers: 7:30 Admission: $5 CASH at the door Join us for readings from books about cults! Carly Butler will read from her memoir Apocalypse Child: Surviving Doomsday and the Search for Identity at the End of the World; Sonja Larsen will read from her memoir Red Star Tattoo: My Life as a Girl Revolutionary, and Kyeren Regehr will read from her memoir in poems, Cult Life. There will be an open mic from 7:00 until 7:30 – please bring one poem or one page of prose to share! The open mic will be opened by UVic MFA student Holly Loveday.
