2025 Esquimalt 5k and Kids 1k Fun Run

Esquimalt is hosting its annual 5k and Kids 1K Fun Run! Join the community for one of the most scenic runs in the region. The route will take you to Saxe Point Park, through Macaulay Park, through peaceful neighbourhoods. Take in the mountain and ocean views, this run will be over before you know it! Then, the real fun starts. Join the Esquimalt Recreation team in the Archie Browning Sports Centre after for snacks, games, prizes, and a bouncy castle for kids. Register early to get the best price! Register by calling 250-412-8500, by visiting the Esquimalt Recreation Reception Desk, or by visiting us online We promise you; the prizes are worth sticking around for! Draws for prizes will take place 10:30am-11:30am in the Curling Rink. Participants must be present to win. If you think you will be on the course for longer than 55 minutes, please put your name in the box at bib pick up so we can keep your prize aside if you win. We will have a photo booth provided by Four Frames Photography, Kids Zone, and post stretching activity after the run! Refreshments generously provided by Country Grocer will be available in the Curling Rink after the race.
