Event description

Hope you can join this workshop at Earth and Sky Connection - British Columbia in Market Square 🌿Here is what to expect: ✨️At the start, you will be invited to the ritual of cleansing using white sage. Eve will explain and guide you on a Shamanic Journey. Journeying is a way to help you find answers and access inner wisdom through a meditative state, using a Shamanic drum. After the Shamanic Journey, you are invited to write your experience in your journal and share with the circle. ✨️The experience: • Welcoming circle • Oracle card draw • Shamanic Journeying teachings, practice and sharing • Closing connection circle ✨️Please bring a water bottle, journal, eye mask/cover, blanket, yoga mat, and wear comfortable, layered clothing and socks to keep you cozy (natural fabric if possible). You are also invited to bring any other items from nature or your home that you like to have on the altar or around you while you journey. ✨️This event is by donation, suggested amount is $30. Only 10 spots available. Email Eve Carty at levityforlifeyoga@gmail.com to sign up. Preparation: The day before the ceremony, please get a good night’s sleep and refrain from alcohol or other substances. Depending on the person, certain substances, and drugs can inhibit Shamanic Journeying.
