We are delighted to share with you the details of our next event! Please join us on Saturday, November 23 at 2:00 p.m. for “Perspectives on Conflict”. We will spend the afternoon with two authors: Catherine Lang (Embedded: The Irreconcilable Nature of War, Loss and Consequence) and Keith Ogilvie (Failed to Return: Canada’s Bomber Command Sacrifice in the Second World War). We will hear selections from their books and learn about some of their thoughts on the nature, and consequences, of war. We will be hosting the event at a new venue – the BC Aviation Museum, 1920 Norseman Road. Doors open at 1:30. Tickets are just $15.00 and can be purchased at Tanner’s Book (Sidney) or online at Eventbrite.ca. For more information, please see our website at http://www.sidneyliteraryfestival.ca/
