About the host: Siân is a Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and dedicates her life to helping people reconnect with their bodies to reduce pain, tension and disease so they can live vibrant lives. She specialises in mind, and body alignment and is trained in many alternative therapies including spinal energetics, aromatherapy, somatic experiencing and fascial release.
