Join us at this magical yurt in the forest for this small intimate gathering. We'll start with Yin Yoga followed by a healing Sound Bath, an experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and soul. Yin Yoga activates deeper layers of connective tissue, creating space for physical and emotional release. The Sound Bath, where sound frequencies wash over you, aligning your body’s energy, promoting relaxation and restoring balance. The combination of yoga and sound therapy helps reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Together, these practices harmonize your inner and outer worlds, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and reconnected with yourself and nature.
