Coldest Night of the Year 2025 at Our Place Society Our Place Society is a local nonprofit that provides pathways out of homelessness and poverty in Greater Victoria. Our Place Society provides over 1400 meals a day, shelter, supportive housing, hot showers, paramedics, Vancouver Island’s only long-term Therapeutic Recovery Community and much more! What’s happening? Coldest Night of the Year is a unique way for you and your business, school, church or community group to be part of a national event, and to support Our Place Society to make a difference in your community. Join us for a 2km or 5km walk through the streets of Victoria in February, starting at 1027 Pandora Ave. The evening will include music, food and prizes as well as a chance to meet and connect with the homeless community you’ve come to support. This is a family friendly event, appropriate for all ages! Join Our Place Society on February 22 and walk in solidarity with Victoria’s hungry and homeless community. Sign up for an evening of social action to help the people in our community who need it the most.
