This is a space to release the need for perfection, shed the rules, and allow ourselves to reconnect with the playful, untamed energy of our true nature. In the spirit of Wild and Free, we’ll invite you to tap into the carefree flow of life, to embrace the natural energy that’s ready to be expressed. Just like the wind in the trees or the wildflower fields swaying in the breeze, there’s a playful, free-spirited essence inside you that’s yearning to come to life. This ceremony is an invitation to loosen your grip on expectations, trust the wild path unfolding before you, and let go of inhibitions. Through the practices of Breathwork and Reiki, we will guide you to release what holds you back and allow your spirit to roam freely.
