We often trade our authenticity for acceptance, shaping ourselves into roles that no longer serve us. This ceremony offers a gentle space to soften, release old patterns, and reconnect with the vibrant, authentic parts of you that have been tucked away. Through Conscious Connected Breathwork and the loving support of Reiki, we’ll guide you back to your essence, helping you reclaim what’s real and true for you.
